We take the strain so you can relax, knowing your rent will arrive on time every month. And if the worst happens, you’re protected - with comprehensive legal cover to handle disputes and recover possession, without the stress or unexpected costs.

If a tenant who has fully passed referencing defaults on rent, we’ll cover your rental payments until vacant possession is gained.

A detailed and accurate inventory is essential for protecting both landlords and tenants. It provides a clear record of the property’s condition and contents at the start and end of each tenancy, helping to prevent disputes over damage or deposit deductions. At Mack Property, we use Inventory Hive, industry-leading software that ensures every report is thorough, time-stamped, and supported by high-quality photos. This digital process makes inventories quicker to complete, easier to share, and more reliable than traditional paper reports, giving you complete confidence that your property is properly documented and protected.

Deposit Options

Landlords have the option to offer tenants two different deposit options, helping to provide greater flexibility and broaden the property’s appeal to a wider range of prospective tenants. By offering both a traditional deposit and a deposit alternative, landlords can cater to varying tenant preferences and financial situations, ultimately reducing void periods and increasing interest in the property.

The DPS is a government-backed scheme that securely holds the tenant’s deposit and offers a fair dispute resolution process at the end of the tenancy. The traditional deposit option is the equivalent to five weeks’ worth of rent.
